Simon was phenomenal to work with from the first phone call. He quickly coordinated coming to inspect our home inside and out and he was straight forward about his team being able to do as much or as little as we wanted to keep things financially comfortable for us. Simon and his team were great at responding to questions and photos sent via text. We did the majority of necessary demolition, Simon came to inspect again, checking structural integrity of flooring and studs and quickly arranged for his team member, Isaac, to come spray and scrub studs that had mold. Isaac arrived as scheduled and got to work spraying, HEPA vacuuming and fogging our home. It was a huge comfort to have Palouse Disaster helping us though our unfortunate mold situation and would strongly recommend them to anyone! We will forever appreciate everything they helped us through!

Simon responded promptly to our call and was at our house within an hour to assess the damage. Isaac, a senior crew member, came the same day to start clean-up in our basement. Mitigation Equipment was installed at the same time.
